The poor man has to drive around with his scooter gear and helmet in this heat (ranging from 33 to 41 degrees)
I am a happy & grateful person though...I received this beautiful alphabet stamp set from the goodness shop.
I loved how it was packaged in a Japanese cereal box, thanks Leslie for this pretty package and lovely ribbon.
On Monday they're predicting 41 degrees and I think we might have to alter our NYE plans. We planned to go see the fireworks near the Yarra river, but the thing is, if you want to be able to see something of it you need to basically camp out there all day and I'm not sure if I can do that in such heat. It'll definitely be my hottest NYE ever!? We might have to move our camp to some remote beach and have a private NYE with nice food and friends...time to discuss this with them...

Lovely stamps, I ordered the same from Leslie’s Etsy shop! I could use some of the Australian warmth right now! Happy NYE!

ahhhh... Leslie....
She's a gem, isn't she? I bought the same stamps from her a while ago - now I use them on EVERYTHING.
I say chuck in NY on the yarra and go bush with the mates instead - there's always way too many people in the city for my liking....

Those stamps look so cute!
Yup, 38 today, then 41 on NYE. I'm all for staying home with the air conditioning and a nice cold bottle of something bubbly.
yay for those stamps!! I still haven't used mine as much as I should - need to get some fabric stamp ink :D
Just too hot - love those alphabet stamps!
Don't you love her shop and she's always so kind in her comments and so prompt in her delivery.
I remember last year's NYE was pretty scorching too - our second daughter was born on the 2nd of Jan and the week before and after were sooooo hot! I think we'll be soaking our feet in the girls' pool shell drinking lots of cold beer!
