I found it quite hard, since I only moved to Australia in 2005 and even though we've bought so much stuff, there is nothing that I have from 'my past'. The only thing reminding me of my past in Holland is a trunk full of books. One day I'm hoping to ship some family pieces down to Australia...such as the amazing cradle that we all slept in, even mum.
I'd really like to thank Irene for this amazing opportunity! I really enjoy looking at what everyone is showing...it's like a little sneak peak into people's private world.
